Rid Kobot

In 13 days my younger half, escapes the life of a pre-teen and turns the ripe age of 13. For this monumental day I had to get him something super cool. Something that will show everyone that he has officially grown out of his younger years and younger habits. What better way than to get him a cool toy or two?

After eyeing the Kid Robot website for awhile, looking at new releases and older pieces, I had my mind set on getting a few pieces for myself. But, as luck would have it, my bank account didn’t contain enough money to quench my thirst for some awesome toys AND get my brother an appropriate gift. I had to be selfless and put my desires on hold and so, I ordered a couples pieces for Thomas.

When I got home today this large parcel waited for my on my doorstep. I eagerly brought it upstairs to my domain, forgetting that it was purchased solely to give to my brother.

I took it quickly to my room and opened it to find the gift bag I had paid a premium for. By the looks of it, it was worth it because I will be keeping the bag for myself for sure! If you look closely, it almost seems like the strings on the bag are shoelaces.

Now, when I had ordered the toys I had known they were 3 inches. I was fully aware of how much 3 inches was, I guess my assumptions of what the size of the box were completely wrong, especially judging by the size of the box and bag.

I was stifled.

I’m so excited.

In other news, probably a contributing factor to the fact that I couldn’t purchase my own pieces of plastic perfection, is that I recently ordered these amazing boots.

They should arrive this week. Too excited. Here are some new ones to be released in the future.
